2 cleaned and peeled bunches of Asparagus
8 peeled and sliced Garlic cloves
4 Eggs
1 tsp Lemon zest
8 g of grated Parmesan cheese
6 tablespoons of Olive oil
Ground black pepper
Kosher salt

    Asparagus is a plant with juicy stems that is used in the kitchen as vegetables.

    When grilled, asparagus become crispy and healthily delicious.

    It is often seasoned with and accompanied by garlic and served with fried or poached eggs.

    Mix the garlic slices and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

    Cook in a pan over medium-low heat until brownish.

    Place the asparagus on baking paper.

    Use a mesh strainer to spread garlic oil over the asparagus.

    Put the roasted garlic on a plate covered with kitchen paper and sprinkle salt.

    Place the asparagus in the same pan you used to cook the garlic and mix well until the garlic flavor is penetrated into the asparagus.

    Sprinkle the asparagus with salt and grill them over high-medium heat, while occasionally turning, until tender and crispy.

    Once done, place them on a plate and mix with lemon zest.

    Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan you used for garlic and heat it.

    Fry the eggs one after another, keeping the yolks liquid.

    Divide the quantity of asparagus into 4 servings and add an egg on top of each plate.
