2 Eggs large
1/2 cup of Heavy cream
1 tsp. of Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. of powdered Cinnamon
1/4 cup of Unsalted butter

    This French toast comes crunshy outside and flavorful inside. The crust is golden and crisp, and it may just be the best French toast you’ve ever tasted.

    It can be served as an appetizer or a snack.

    Steps

    Done

    Whisk cream, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla together in a medium bowl.

    Dip slices of bread into mixture.

    Place slices of bread and any extra mixture from step 1 in a sous vide bag.

    Cook in a sous vide cooker at 145°F for 50 minutes to an hour.

    Finish up bread in a pan with butter. Serve
