Ingredients
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Hard cider
- 2 tablespoons Pilsner beer
- 2 tablespoons Dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Colman’s mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Steps
1 Done | Put all the ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan over medium-low heat. |
2 Done | Whisk constantly for 45 min until the mixture becomes thick and darkens. |
3 Done | Let the sauce cool, then put it in the refrigerator. You can use it for over one month. |
