    The perfect way to refresh your summer sittings and spoil your palate. Your guests will never want to leave after a sip of this exceptional BBQ drink.

    The combination of fruits and alcohol makes it the ideal mix to have a light and refreshing drink and cut through the grilled steaks’ grease. These exotic margaritas will be your guests’ top one choice thanks to their coldness, freshness, and punch.

    Combine 1 tablespoon of sugar and crystallized ginger.

    Cut a thick slice of lime and rub it around rims of 5 or 6 glasses.

    Dip rims into the sugar mixture to coat and set glasses aside.

    For the ginger syrup combine ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup water, and one 1-inch piece fresh ginger, cut into thin slices.

    Boil the mixture while stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool

    Blend peaches, Ginger Syrup, Tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice until smooth.

    Gradually add ice, blending until smooth and pour into coated glasses.
