Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeastFor the dough:
- 3/4 cup lukewarm Water
- 1 teaspoon White sugar
- 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 recipe of Skillet Pizza DoughFor the pizza:
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/4 cups Salad tomatoescut into quarters
- 1 peeled and minced Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 ounces of shredded Cheeseany flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed Red Peppers
- 1/8 teaspoon dry Oregano

This is an easy and quick pizza to make for a solo dinner at night or satisfy your cravings during the weekend.
The oregano, crushed red pepper, cheese, and garlic add a succulent flavor to the pizza.
This recipe provides you with the perfect and most delicate dough that you can make at home instead of buying one from the store. Thus, you can store the sauce and all of the seasoning for later.

Steps
1 Done | Stir the water, sugar and yeast together in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes until foamy. |
2 Done | Pour the flour and salt in a mixer and mix at low speed for 2 minutes then add the olive oil and yeast mixture and mix until dough forms. |
3 Done | Using the dough hook, continue mixing at medium speed for 6 minutes or until dough is smooth. |
4 Done | Wipe oil around the inside of a large bowl and transfer the dough to the bowl and coat the dough with a generous amount of oil. |
5 Done | Cover with some plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 45 minutes or until it doubled in size. |
6 Done | Punch the dough down when ready to use. |
7 Done | Carefully press the dough into a well-greased 10-inch cast iron skillet and let it rise for 20 minutes. |
8 Done | In the meantime, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. |
9 Done | Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil to medium, add the garlic and cook for 1 minutes. Add the tomatoes season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute more. |
10 Done | Remove from the heat and let cool. |
11 Done | Drizzle the remaining oil over the dough and spoon the tomato mixture over it, leaving a border around the pizza. |
12 Done | Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. |
13 Done | Sprinkle the cheese, red pepper and the oregano over the top and bake for another 5 minutes. |
14 Done | Let cool slightly before serving. |
15 Done | Your homemade pizza is ready to be served, or you can save it all for yourself! |
