Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Bacon fat
- 4 ounces Jack daniel's Whiskey
- 1/4 cup Jack daniel's Whiskey
- 4 tablespoons Bonedust seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Bonedust seasoning
- 4 boneless 3-inch thick Pork loin chops
- 2 tablespoons Softened butter
- 3 minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup diced Onion
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Malt vinegar
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Salt

Pork chops are not only delicious, but they are also easy to make.
If you like pork, you will love this recipe, as it adds the smoky flavor of Jack Daniel’s, the sweetness of brown sugar and honey, the acidity of ketchup and vinegar, and the saltiness of soy sauce to the humble pork chop for an explosion of flavors!

Steps
1 Done | In a small saucepan combine the bacon fat, 4 oz Jack Daniel’s, and 1 teaspoon Bonedust seasoning and heat over low heat. |
2 Done | Inject using a Cajun injector ¼ of the mixture in the center of each chop. |
3 Done | Rub the pork chops each with a tablespoon of Bonedust seasoning and press firmly. |
4 Done | In another saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat then add the garlic and onion and saute for 2 minutes until fragrant. |
5 Done | add the brown sugar, honey, the remaining Jack Daniel’s, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. remove from heat and set aside. |
6 Done | Preheat the grill to 500 degrees F and grill the chops for 1 to 2 minutes per side to get a nice sear on them. |
7 Done | Reduce the heat to 300 degrees F and close the lid. |
8 Done | Let the chops slow-roast on the grill for 12 to 15 minutes basting them occasionally with the Jack Daniel’s sweet sauce until cooked through. |
9 Done | Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest before serving. |
