Steps
1 Done | In a bowl, cover onion rings in buttermilk and arrange it |
2 Done | Keep it in the refrigerator for at least one hour |
3 Done | In another bowl, combine salt, paprika, floor, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper |
4 Done | Drain onions and toss it in the flour mixture to coat properly |
5 Done | Prepare the oven at 350°F |
6 Done | Add onions to the skillet coated with heated oil, and let it cook for about 3 minutes or until golden and crispy |
7 Done | Arrange to paper sheet to drain oil |
8 Done | Season it with salt, let it cool for at least 30 minutes and serve |
