2 pounds thinly sliced Sirloin steak
1 cup Beef Broth
2/3 cup Soy sauce
Brocolli florets
Brown sugar
2 bashed Garlic cloves
1 tablepoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
2 tablespoons Cornstarch

    In a greased crockpot, whisk together beef broth, sesame oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and green onions.

    Place your steak slices in the liquid and toss to coat.

    Cover with lid and let it cook for about 4-5 hours on reduced heat or 2-3 hours on high heat.

    Few minutes before you serve, whisk together cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add this mixture to the crockpot and toss with beef until combined.
