2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
Ground black pepper
4 tablespoons of Coriander seeds
4 tablespoons of Cumin seeds
4 tablespoons of Black pepper corns
4 tablespoons of Paprika
3 tablespoons of Salt
1 tablespoon of Dried basil
1 tablespoon of dried Oregano
1 tablespoon of Cayenne
2 tablespoons of Ground coffee beans

    The semi-crushed panoply of spices adds a crispy touch to the grilled chicken wings.
    These chicken wings are coated in a special rub that entails a pleasurable and tasty spicy aroma. They can be served independently or accompanied by light dipping sauces like mayonnaise or ketchup to soothe the hot and strong condiments.

    Cleanse chicken wings with water and vinegar.

    Dry with kitchen paper.

    Cut chicken wing tips and get rid of them.
