Ingredients
- 2 kg of Chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
- Ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons of Coriander seeds
- 4 tablespoons of Cumin seeds
- 4 tablespoons of Black pepper corns
- 4 tablespoons of Paprika
- 3 tablespoons of Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Dried basil
- 1 tablespoon of dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon of Cayenne
- 2 tablespoons of Ground coffee beans
Directions
The semi-crushed panoply of spices adds a crispy touch to the grilled chicken wings.
These chicken wings are coated in a special rub that entails a pleasurable and tasty spicy aroma. They can be served independently or accompanied by light dipping sauces like mayonnaise or ketchup to soothe the hot and strong condiments.

Steps
1 Done | Cleanse chicken wings with water and vinegar. |
2 Done | Dry with kitchen paper. |
3 Done | Cut chicken wing tips and get rid of them. |
4 Done | Toss the wings with oil, salt, and black pepper. |
5 Done | To prepare the chicken rub, put the spice seeds in a frying pan. |
6 Done | Shake the pan over high-medium heat for 3 minutes. |
7 Done | Crush the spices with mortar and pestle without reaching a powdery texture. |
8 Done | Mix the crushed spices with paprika, basil, oregano, cayenne, and salt (if you like to add an extra flavor, add the coffee beans). |
9 Done | Brush a grill with oil and heat it over high temperatures. |
10 Done | Grill the chicken wings for 25 minutes at least while turning them very often. |
11 Done | When the wings are almost ready, soak them in the prepared rub and grill them for extra 5 minutes while turning them continuously until you have a crispy texture. |
12 Done | Serve hot. |
