1/4 cup Olive oil
2 large Garlic cloves minced
3/4 cup Sherry vinegar
1/3 cup Water
1 tablespoon packed Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Turmeric
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1/2 cup Sour cream

    The Creamy Garlic Mustard is a yummy creamy sauce that goes great with chicken or steak. Something unique to add to your weekends or dinner parties.

    Set the oil over medium-high heat in a small sauté pan.

    When the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and cook, while occasionally stirring, until the garlic is brown.

    Remove from heat and strain, reserving the oil for a vinaigrette or other use.

    Set the browned garlic aside.

    In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the sherry vinegar, water, brown sugar, turmeric, and salt to a boil, while stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat, place the mustard seeds in a small, nonreactive bowl and pour the hot liquid over them.
