Steps
1 Done | Heat milk on stove top to 180 degrees F. |
2 Done | Allow to cool down to 110 degrees F on bowl filled with ice. |
3 Done | Add yogurt and stir. |
4 Done | Fold in the orange, lemon and lime zest. |
5 Done | Pour in canning jars. Place lids on them. |
6 Done | Cook in sous vide cooker for three hours at 113 degrees F. |
7 Done | Allow to cool and serve as desired. |
