Frittata is a dish that almost everyone loves since they are egg-based. Adding chorizo will satisfy your taste buds and will innovate the traditional recipe.

What can frittata be paired with?

If you are planning a generous meal with a frittata or a big brunch. There a variety of options which can go very well with it. It tastes incredible with garbanzo beans.

To add more vitamins and nutrients, try adding a green salad with some sliced apples. The salad will add colors and more flavors to your table. If you have a big appetite, couscous salad goes very well with a frittata. Couscous actually can go very well with many egg-based dishes.

For how long can frittata leftovers last?

Frittatas need to be stored in an airtight container and will last for four days in the fridge. They can be consumed at a later time for dinner, lunch, or breakfast.

What is the difference between a frittata and an omelet?

First, the cooking methods are different; omelets are cooked in a pan on a stove. Frittatas are either baked in an oven or safe-skillet or cooked in cast iron. Hence, they take longer to be ready for consumption. Also, omelets generally give one serving, while frittatas can provide as many servings as desired.

Also, frittatas can be consumed at any temperature, unlike omelets.
