Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
8 Soft-shell crabs (about 5 ounces each), need to be cleaned
1 Lime cut in half
1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground Chipotle pepper
Oil for the grill screen
Nonstick spray oil
1 cup perfectly chopped fresh Pineapple For Salsa :
1 cup of perfectly chopped fresh Tomato
1/4 cup of diced Red onion
1 Serrano chillies (depending on your preferences), seeds, and stem should be removed perfectly chopped.
1/4 teaspoon of Ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh Mint leaves

    As the title suggests, delicious Crabs are served with pineapple-Mint salsa. The salsa is really easy to make, and it does only take few minutes. There only are few ingredients that make this dish not complicated at all.

    Chipotle-Dusted Soft-Shell Crabs with Pineapple-Mint Salsa are delicious due to the fresh and sweet pineapple mint salsa. This special salsa builds up one of the best tastes of this dish.

    Heat your grill, and then place the crabs on a plate; you should squeeze lime juice over the top. Flip them multiple times to coat. Start blending chipotle and salt and sprinkle over both sides of crabs. You should refrigerate them for 1 hour.

    Blend Salsa ingredients in a bowl and set them aside.

    Place the grill screen on the grill, and brush it with oil

    After waiting 1 or 2 minutes, the surface should be hot. Now you can spray crabs on both sides with oil, and start grilling them for 3 minutes on the red side (top) and 2 minutes on the white side (bottom).

    Its ready to be served topped with some of the Salsa, with the remainder passed at the table.
