Ingredients
- 10 whole peeled Garlic cloves
- 1 bunch Flat-leaf parsley
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 60 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 60 ml Water
- 3/4 tsp dried Oregano
- 3/4 tsp Dried basil
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- freshly Ground black pepper
- 6 skin-on Boneless chicken breast halves

Not a huge fan of red meat, but you still want to feel the thrill of a classic BBQ, follow this super simple and easy Chimichurri Chicken recipe.
In a mere 20 minutes, you will be able to get a flavorful chicken dish that will for sure become your go-to recipe!

Steps
1 Done | In a food processor, purée the garlic. |
2 Done | Strip the parsley leaves from the stems and process. |
3 Done | Add the olive oil, vinegar, water, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes and let it process until blended. |
4 Done | Season with salt and pepper. |
5 Done | Place each chicken breast half between two pieces of plastic wrap |
6 Done | Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag then add 3 Tbsp of the sauce. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, turning occasionally. |
7 Done | Prepare enough coals for a hot charcoal fire, or preheat your gas grill on high for 10 minutes with the lid closed. |
8 Done | Discard the marinade and grill the chicken for 7 to 10 minutes on each side, or until opaque throughout. |
9 Done | Serve with the sauce on the side. |
