- 4.4 lbs Pork Shoulder Roast
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili powder

- 1.5 Teaspoons Ground black pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Red Peppers

Steps
1 Done | Mix all the spices into a bowl to form a dry rub, and then press it well into all the pork’s surfaces. |
2 Done | Get the barbecue heated up ready for cooking. |
3 Done | Grill the meat for about 2.5 and 3 hours to cook. While cooking, you must turn the meat regularly to prevent it from burning. |
4 Done | When fully cooked, remove the pork from the barbecue and leave it to rest for around 10 minutes. |
5 Done | When it is cold enough, shred the meat using two forks. |
6 Done | Place the meat on a clean plate and serve your guests. |
