    Mix all the spices into a bowl to form a dry rub, and then press it well into all the pork’s surfaces.

    Get the barbecue heated up ready for cooking.

    Grill the meat for about 2.5 and 3 hours to cook. While cooking, you must turn the meat regularly to prevent it from burning.

    When fully cooked, remove the pork from the barbecue and leave it to rest for around 10 minutes.

    When it is cold enough, shred the meat using two forks.
