3 cups chopped Brisket Flat
1 medium Green diced bell pepper
1 medium Red diced bell pepper
4 Jalapeño diced peppers
1 large diced Yellow onion
1 cup Barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons Ground mustard
2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
1 can Baked beans
1 can Pork and beans
1 can rinsed and drained Red kidney beans
1/2 cup packed Brown sugar
3 chopped Garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

    These brisket baked beans are an excellent meal that can be served alone. This is one of the great ways to use up yesterday’s smoked beef brisket leftovers, instead of throwing them away. It is a delicious and healthy meal that can feed up to 10 people at a time.

    To add more kick to your dish, you can add more jalapeño peppers and then use the seeds. For a smoky flavour, you can smoke your beans for about an hour at 180°F.

    Preheat your wood pellet smoker-grill for indirect cooking at 325°F, using any pellets of your choice.

    In a skillet, let the olive oil warm up over medium heat.

    Add the diced onion, peppers, and jalapeños and cook for about 10 minutes.

    Occasionally stir, and make sure the onions are translucent enough.

    In a casserole dish, combine the rest of the ingredients together (chopped brisket, baked beans, pork and beans, kidney beans, cooked onion and peppers, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ground mustard, salt, and black pepper).

    Leave it uncovered and cook for about 2 hours. Allow the beans to be thick and bubbly.
