    A delicious and irresistible centerpiece to any table, the Brie fondue is a soft cheese with a flowery, white, and thick rind. One of the favorite cheeses. Cheese fondue is a warm or lukewarm dish from raw cow’s milk of Swiss origin, consisting of one or more cheeses, such as Gruyère and Fribourg Cowrin.

    Wrap the whole brie; with rind intact in kitchen foil
