This is a great recipe to try on your day off at home and enjoy a sunny day in the garden.
The juicy taste of pork is unresistable. All you have to do is prepare this meal during the morning, to enjoy it that late after-noon.
You can leave it on your smoker for approximately 8 hours while you do the rest of your chores at home. Just make sure to check your pork regularly while it is cooking.

Steps
1 Done | Mix the injection ingredients in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves. |
2 Done | With a meat syringe, equally inject the meat at 1-inch intervals from the top side. Make sure to use all of the injection solution. |
3 Done | Gently rub the pork with dry rub, until the mixture penetrates the meat. |
4 Done | At 250°F, smoke the pork butt for 9 hours. |
5 Done | Let it rest for 20 minutes. |
6 Done | In a saucepan, mix the barbecue sauce and chopped peaches. Simmer the mixture over medium heat for 10 minutes |
7 Done | Drizzle the meat with the sauce or simply place it on the side. |
