    This island chicken marinade is perfect for grilling and a great choice for people who prefer a gluten-free grilled meal.
    The lime and honey will add a special taste to it.
    This savory grill can be served at late evening dinner between friends and family.

    Stir cumin, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice together in a large bowl and then transfer the mixture to a plastic bag

    Add the chicken and coat with the marinade, squeeze the bag to discard excess air, and seal the bag.

    Put it in the fridge and let it marinate for 1 hour or overnight for a better taste.

    Preheat the grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

    Take the chicken thighs out of the marinade, shake to remove excess moisture, and Get rid of the left-over marinade.

    Cook each side of the chicken thighs for 6 – 8 minutes until no pink color left at the bone and the juices flow out clear.
