- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 medium sliced Onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
- 1/2 cup sliced Shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Sugar-snap peas

- 1/2 cup diced Smoked bacon
- 1 pound Barbecued meat
- 2 cups cooked White rice
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sambal oelek chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 4 diced Green onion

Heat the wok over high heat until it starts to smoke.
Add the oil to the wok followed by onions and garlic, then saute them for a minute until softened.
Add the shiitake mushrooms, sugar snap peas, and roasted corn and continue sauteing for 1 to 2 minutes.
Toss in the grilled vegetables, bacon, and barbecued meat. Mix well the vegetables and meats before adding the cooked rice.
Add in the soy sauce, sambal oelek, rice wine vinegar, and hoisin sauce, mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the sesame oil and the green onions, mix well, and serve hot.
