Ingredients
- 4 Skinless sole fillets
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 lemons Lemon juiceJuice of 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon Basilfinely chopped
- 6 tablespoons Basilroughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons Pine kernelsroughly crushed
- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Fresh Sole fish fillet is practically tasteless. It takes whatever flavors you put on it. For that, we decided to use a simple yet refreshing marinade, lemon, basil, and olive oil. Delicious and straightforward.
We will serve these fillets with an excellent pine kernels and basil salsa to kick things up a notch. Enjoy!

Steps
1 Done | Season the sole fillets and marinate them overnight in a simple mixture of oil, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of chopped basil leaves |
2 Done | Before you coook the fillets, prepare the basil and pine salsa; whizzing together the remaining basil, pine kernels and extra virgin oil. |
3 Done | Brush a little oil over both sides |
4 Done | Place the fillets directly on the grill over hot coals ; then turn them over |
5 Done | Cook for 6 minutes on one side |
6 Done | Brush basil and pine sauce over the top |
