- 12 U-10-size Sea scallops
- 1 TB Sea salt
- 2 TB Vegetable oil
Scallops have a delicate flavor that doesn’t require a lot of seasoning. Therefore don’t go hog-wild with the spices

Preheat the oven and season the scallops.
Cook one side of the scallops for 1 min. If they are not well cooked, keep them on for another min.
Flip them to the other side and cook them for 1-2 min
If your scallops have an internal temperature of 140°F, remove them from the grill and leave them to rest for 5 min
