- 1 cup Beef flavored broth
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Water

Steps
1 Done | In a large bowl, toss beef with salt and pepper, spray a 6-quart Instant Pot with cooking spray. |
2 Done | Adjust to normal pressure and melt the butter. Add the beef in 2 batches, and cook 2 to 4 minutes on the first side until browned. |
3 Done | Turn and cook 2 to 4 minutes longer on the second side or until browned. |
4 Done | Stir in the tomato paste. |
5 Done | Stir in onions, carrots, and potatoes. |
6 Done | Stir in broth. Secure lid, set pressure valve to sealing. |
7 Done | Select manual, cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. |
8 Done | Set pressure valve to venting to quick-release pressure. In a small bowl, beat cornstarch and water with a whisk. Then adjust to normal and heat the liquid to simmering. |
9 Done | Gently stir in cornstarch mixture, cook for 30 to 60 seconds, while frequently stirring, until thickened |
