1 Tablespoon Dry mustard
1 Tablespoon Ground Allspice
1/4 Tablespoon Pepper
6 oz Tenderloin steak

    Beef tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef, and it is located within the loin. As it is, this cut doesn’t require a marinade nor too much seasoning

    Steps

    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Store in an airtight container.)

    Prepare your grill (high heat).

    Rub spice mixture generously into both sides of steaks.

    Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

    Serve hot.
