Goats meat is surprisingly tricky to track down, and that is why it is a bit expensive sometimes. But its fantastic taste makes it more and more present on American tables, from big family occasions, dinners at home, or casual friends gatherings.
Either way, this is a recipe that can serve up to 20 people. It is perfect for your big occasions. We here suggest using a firebox made of charcoal and wood. But, using a rotisserie is also a great idea. That is not quite barbecue, but the result is just as delicious.
It is a slow roasting technique that requires a lot of heat in order to seal the juices. It is okay if you don’t have a rotisserie at home. Your grilled goat will be just as succulent without. Make sure to follow these easy 8 steps at home.
