Flank steak is a tough yet flavorful cut, marinated with hot sauce, garlic, and lemon to make it a very juicy and extra delicious meal!

Cooking a flank steak may look delicate given that this cut is lean and thin. As a result, it may turn a bit tough and dry out unless you use a marinade.

This marinade makes a great combination between acidity, sweetness, and juiciness to ensure a good balance of flavors that gives the most tenderness and savory for the meat!

Keep the steak marinating between 1 and 24 hours, the longest you keep the marinade, the most it soaks up its flavor!

A flank steak will taste perfectly medium-rare, so it’s highly recommended to monitor your steak as it is grilling using a thermometer; once it reaches the desired internal temperature (135°F), pull it from the grill and serve it.

You can serve this grilled flank steak alongside baked sweet potato or fresh vegetables. Hope you enjoy this fancy dish!
