12 Chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup Bonedust Burn BBQ Paste
12 slices of Bacon
4 minced Garlic cloves
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Corn syrup
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh herbs
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Grainy mustard
Salt
Black pepper

    This bacon-wrapped chicken drumsticks recipe is an explosion of flavors, with smoky, salty, sweet, and sour that will make your taste buds scream for some cold beer to go with it.

    If you want to add chicken to your next BBQ party menu, this recipe is the perfect addition!

    Lightly score the chicken legs in 2 or 3 places on both sides.

    Rub the legs with Bonedust Burn BBQ paste then cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

    After the chicken is fully marinated, wrap each drumstick with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, brown sugar, corn syrup, white wine vinegar, fresh herbs, Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, salt, and pepper and set them aside.

    Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F.

    Place the drumsticks on the preheated grill. Grill them, basting liberally with the sauce we made earlier, for 10 to 12 minutes per side until the chicken is fully cooked and the bacon is crisp. Be careful not to burn your bacon.

    When fully cooked, coat with the remaining sauce and serve immediately.
