12 mini horizontally Slider buns
6 slices Bacon
6 slices Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 thinly sliced Red onion
1/2 cup sliced Kosher dill pickles
Ketchup
Mayonnaise

    Bacon Cheddar sliders are a fun and unique way to warm up before the main meal. These cooked-on-a-griddle sliders are quick and easy to make. Everything can be ready in less than half an hour. It will become a routine, and you won’t get enough of them. They are an absolute delight, beef, bacon, cheese, and ketchup. This combination will melt in your mouth and will be appreciated by your family.

    You can serve these bacon cheddar sliders to your kids during the day as snacks. They will absolutely love them. Make sure to add extra cheese because who doesn’t love cheese?

    Mix the beef, garlic salt, seasoned salt, garlic and onion powders, and black pepper together in a bowl.

    Divide this mixture into approximately 12 portions to be shapes into well rounded patties, and set them aside.

    Meanwhile, cook the bacon for about 5 minutes in a skillet over medium heat until it gets crispy. Set aside.

    Get a griddle accessory to cook the patties. The temperature should not exceed 400°F. Make sure to use a non-stick spray beforehand. Each patty's side will take less than 5 min to cook.

    If desired, place slices of cheddar cheese to melt, while the patty is still on the griddle.

    On the bottom half of each roll, put a dollop of mayonnaise, ketchup, a red onion slice, and a burger patty.
