1 Done | Start by preheating a water bath up to 150 degrees F. Rinse the chicken pieces and pat them dry. |
2 Done | Melt the butter in a nonstick preheated pan at a moderate heat. |
3 Done | Sear the chicken pieces on all sides. |
4 Done | Place the chicken in a cooking pouche; add the remaining ingredients and seal tightly. |
5 Done | Put the cooking pouche in the water bath; cook for 1 hour 30 minutes. |
6 Done | When the chicken masala has about 20 minutes left to fully cook, boil the penne pasta according to preference. |
7 Done | Drain the pasta and divide among the serving bowl. |
