Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups White sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 4 Eggslightly beaten
- 1.5 cups Vegetable oil
- 2 cups peeled and grated Apple
- 1 cup chopped Nuts
- Pure vanilla extract
Directions
Apples and pork are a natural match. The Apple Nut Cake, which is more like a somewhat sweet bread than a dessert, complements any main pig meal but may also be served as a dessert. You may prepare it in a loaf pan or a traditional tube pan, depending on how you want to serve it. Because of the spiced fruit fragrance, this cake is fantastic.
