- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 cups White sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 4 Eggslightly beaten
- 1.5 cups Vegetable oil
- 2 cups peeled and grated Apple
- 1 cup chopped Nuts
- Pure vanilla extract
Apples and pork are a natural match. The Apple Nut Cake, which is more like a somewhat sweet bread than a dessert, complements any main pig meal but may also be served as a dessert. You may prepare it in a loaf pan or a traditional tube pan, depending on how you want to serve it. Because of the spiced fruit fragrance, this cake is fantastic.
Apple walnut cake

Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Prepare a 10-cup tube pan or a 10-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and oil, then add to the dry ingredients.
In a mixing dish, combine the apples, almonds, and vanilla extract.
Fill the prepared pan halfway with the mixture.
Bake the cake for 1 hour and 15 minutes before testing for doneness.
Remove the cake from the oven when the cake tester comes out clean.
Once the cake has cooled slightly, remove it from the pan.
